webserver has gone missing

webserver has gone missing HI all, Had a change in network recently (went from ADSl to wireless fibre). Anyway , since then i haev not been able to access my webserver. The web server is on my router on port 80 (moved qnap admin page to 8080). Even when browsing locally by putting the qnap's IP address in my browser, i still get nothing..
