Nearly lost all data!

Nearly lost all data! I have a TS219P+ with 2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda disks. I have a third disk to replace one of my "green" disks when it was dodgy. Every now and then I swap a disk so I have an offline backup. Today I swapped disks and put the old disk in BEFORE I powered on. Big mistake!
