TS419 P II - 4 flashing green lights?

TS419 P II - 4 flashing green lights? I just bought this great bit of kit. I'm a little clueless right now, but I started the device yesterday and went through the initial set up. I set the disk configuration to Raid 5 and ext4, and after a few hours I perhaps stupidly turned off the nas.
