HTTP Downloads Very Slow - 10KB/s!!! Recently downloads have been unbearably slow on my TS-219P-II. They start of at a reasonable speed then over 30 seconds or so progressively slow down and level off at around 10KB/s. I do not use any bandwidth control and only allow one download at a time.
