Plex on QNAP TS-251 - Anyone else having streaming issues? Just bought a QNAP TS-251 over Xmas and have installed Plex (the latest version) manually on it. I have an HD home video that I am trying to play but every few seconds I get the spinning circle which I am assuming means "please wait while I transcode your video(?)."
