Netback Replicator miss schedule backups and/or cancel

Netback Replicator miss schedule backups and/or cancel Netbak Replicator would miss scheduled backups periodically and from time to time I would get email reports saying "Backup job been canceled since a backup job is already running." It almost seems like it forgets the Qnas User credentials and until someone logs back in, the schedule backup wont start.
